You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@zafyrakashmir.in with your Order ID.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We stand by the quality and authenticity of our Kashmiri natural products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, opened edible items (like Honey or Kehwa) may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp notification to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
